Heather Bienefelt (Director)
B.A. (Eng), Grad Dip HR (Qual), Lead Auditor (RABQSA International) Food Safety and Quality Management
Heather, the Principal of Integrated Consulting Solutions, has been training, consulting and auditing for over fifteen years in sectors as diverse as education, food manufacture, printing and packaging, automotive parts, healthcare and a wide range of other manufacturing, distribution and service industries.
As a Lead Quality Assurance consultant and Food Safety Auditor, she specialises in the development, implementation, maintenance and auditing of ISO 9001 quality management systems and HACCP/ Food Safety Management Systems from inception to certification and beyond including: development and management of audit schedules, development of documentation, internal auditing and reporting and preparation for External audit.
Heather is also a qualified Certificate IV Trainer and Workplace Assessor, and has extensive experience in the design and delivery of training programmes and workshops as well as the training and mentoring of internal audit teams.

Stuart Wattis

Stuart started his extensive industry experience as a tradesman (Fitting / Machining & Toolmaking), and progressed rapidly to holding senior Quality & Environment Management positions within several automotive manufacturing industries. This has included OEM’s, Tier 1 and 2 suppliers to automotive, mining and machine tool manufacturing industries extending from local manufacturing through to offshore Asia-pacific locations over the past 30 years.
Amply qualified and experienced in the development, implementation and integration of business management system functions, Stuart has specialised in compliance to ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001 and AS 4801 management systems- always with the aim of integrating all systems with each other. Stuart has a strong continuous improvement focus and uses a wide range of problem solving methodologies as part of a ‘cross-functional team and process approach’.

Paul Lanagan
MTech, MBA (Technology Management), Dip Eng (Aeronautical) Dip Mgt, Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, RABQSA and IRCA registered internal auditor, six sigma blackbelt.
Paul has over thirty years experience in engineering, quality, safety and environmental management systems, process improvement, performance measurement, planning and conducting internal management systems auditing, document and record control. Specialist experience includes ISO 9001 and AS 9100 (aviation industry equivalent to ISO 9001) quality management, civil and military aviation airworthiness and technical regulatory frameworks, ISO 14001 environmental management, AS 4801 safety management, six-sigma and lean manufacturing process improvement, fluid mechanics, aircraft structural repair design, project management, systems engineering and logistics planning, managing aircraft maintenance and fleet airworthiness.
Paul specializes in developing, implementing and maintaining management systems to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and AS 4801, internal auditing and audit planning, procedure writing and simplification, facilitating management review, preparing management systems for independent certification, business performance measurement, six sigma process improvement and staff training.

Lee Riley

As a Management Systems consultant and Environmental Engineer, Lee specialises in the provision of ISO 9001:2008 Quality, AS/NZS 4801 Occupational Health & Safety and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems auditing, development and maintenance, including risk and compliance assessments and continuous improvement guidance and facilitation.
A background in Information Technology Operations and Technical Support continues to be an invaluable source of knowledge and skills, with strengths in data, record and documentation flow and assurance, which is particularly important given the shift to technology-based solutions. Lee has developed a specialist skill in systems integration (Quality, OH&S and Environmental) and successful implementation within both small and large scale organizations.
Lee has broad industry experience including manufacturing, automotive, mining, mineral processing, water authority, civil construction, land development, forestry, agriculture and finance sectors along with government (federal, state and local) and community groups.

Prince Mathews
Prince Mathews has over 20 years experience in Engineering, Operations and Business development in senior management positions with leading global companies in the Electronics, Electrical and Automotive Component industries.
He has extensive hands on experience in various areas of operations like product engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, six sigma process improvement and business development His expertise encompasses ISO 9000 certification, developing quality manuals, work procedures, training and internal auditing. He has also worked on lean initiatives.
He has a bachelor’s degree in engineering and is a trained six sigma green Belt. He is also an experienced six sigma deployment champion.
He is currently a Director for Parc Technologies Pty Ltd, a trading company in Australia.

Ron Alderson
B. App. Sc. (App. Chem). Internal auditor training in OH&S (by NSCA) and ISO 14001 (by Lloyds).
Ron has extensive line management experience in a variety of roles, including positions within: Manufacturing; Services; Management support; and a State Government agency. He has assisted businesses within the Manufacturing sector in preparing them for external audits in ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) and ISO 14001 (Environment Management Systems).
During his extensive time in management, he has recognised and embraced the value of change management processes and is passionate about achieving results in the right way. Ron is a great believer in the value of teams and in developing individuals’ potential and has acted as a mentor for new managers.
Since working at ICS Ron has assisted clients with developing lean, simple and practical management systems compliant to ISO standards in the following industries:

Stephen Nicholson
Stephen is a hands on, business systems specialist who is primarily focused on engineering and manufacturing environments. He brings to the table a pragmatic approach in dealing with issues of improving profitability through business process improvement, cost cutting through performance enhancement, and the provision of methodologies in aligning work practices with strategic goals.
Stephen’s 20+ years of business experience is backed by tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Business Process Improvement, Electronics and Computing. He holds a Graduate Certificate in Business (Curtin Uni, WA), specialising in business process improvement and is a Certified Process Professional (CPP) through BP Group. In addition, Stephen is an experienced auditor in Standards Compliance and holds auditor qualifications in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001), OHS Management Systems (AS/NZS 4801), Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001).
Stephen’s strengths lie in customer expectation management, business process mapping and analysis, business process improvement and the establishment of management system procedures and documentation, customised and aligned with your operational requirements. He is passionate about high quality management systems that are appropriate for your organisation, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Jackie Stapleton
Cert IV Business Development, Cert IV Training and Assessment, RABQSA registered Lead Auditor for Quality, Safety and Environmental Management Systems.
Jackie brings a practical approach to management systems with over 10 years of experience as a Quality and Environmental Systems Manager across a broad range of businesses. Jackie began in quality management within the information technology and telecommunications industries with exposure through the entire business phases of development, sales, marketing, build and despatch, stock control, compliance and customer support. Further experience in the Construction industry along with quality and environmental management systems introduced a broader scope of systems and industry to her knowledge. Jackie also has a successful track record in internal and external auditing as well as presenting training for auditor and management system courses. The scope of industries which Jackie has experience in include information technology, telecommunications, service industries, government compliance, construction and infrastructure maintenance.
Jackie specialises in the “keeping it simple” approach for all areas including developing, implementing and maintaining management systems to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and AS/NZS 4801 and leading right through to internal auditing, business procedural writing and preparation for certification. Jackie believes in systems that work around what the business actually does and then becomes a part of the way they “do business”.
